Order Guide

Lead Time

Once your order is placed it goes through design check → printing → finishing → dispatch.

• Standard orders: dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment. (May vary with quantity and fabric)
• Bulk orders: lead time is agreed individually — please use the quotation request below.
• International shipping time depends on the destination and carrier shown at checkout.
• Track your order under My Account > My Orders.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Order from 1 yard (approx. 91 cm), in 1-yard increments.
• Fabric widths and price per yard are listed in the table below and on the Shop page.
• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Sample Book · Swatches

Sample book shipping is temporarily paused. We are unable to send sample books (swatches) at the moment, so we are not taking requests. We will update this page when they are available again.

Bulk Orders · B2B Quotation

• For orders of several hundred yards or more, repeat production, or export, please send a quotation request.
• Include the estimated quantity, fabric and target date and we'll reply within 2 business days.

Design File Specifications

• Formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD (up to 100 MB)
• Resolution: 200 dpi or higher, RGB colour mode recommended
• Prepare the file at the actual print size for the sharpest result.
