Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Taihan Textile Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and the users of the your-colors.com service (“Service”).
Article 2 (Definitions)
- “Service” refers to all features provided by the Company through its website.
- “User” refers to anyone who uses the Service, including both members and non-members.
- “Member” refers to a User who has registered and been assigned an ID.
- “Non-Member” refers to a User who uses the Service without registering.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
- These Terms take effect upon the User’s agreement.
- The Company may amend these Terms as necessary, and such amendments will take effect after notification.
Article 4 (Provision and Changes to Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Design upload and simulation
- Pattern creation and ordering
- Other services provided by the Company
- The Company may change or discontinue parts of the Service with prior notice.
Article 5 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- Users must not engage in the following:
- Misusing others’ information
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Using the Service for illegal purposes
- Reproducing copyrighted materials, trademarks, or any protected works without proper authorization or rights constitutes a violation of the Your-Colors Terms of Service and international law.
- Uploading such prohibited images may result in account suspension or termination.
- Prohibited images include, but are not limited to, commercial characters, celebrities, companies, movies, TV shows, bands, sports teams, books, product names, and any other works that infringe upon another creator’s intellectual property without proper ownership or licensing.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by the User’s fault.
Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in the Company’s registered location.
Addendum
These Terms are effective from December 19, 2024.
