How to Use
1. How to Use Your Design
- Click “Custom fabrics” in the top navigation.
- Click “New Design” at the top right.
- Enter the design name and select a main category and subcategory.
- Upload your design image.
- Write a detailed description (optional).
- Click “Upload” to add your design to the list at the bottom of the page.
- Click your design in the list to view it at actual size.
- Select the desired fabric (base cloth) and quantity (unit: YD), then click “Add to Cart.”
- In the cart, enter your shipping address and click “Checkout” to complete payment.
2. How to Order Designs on Your Colors
- Select the design you want from the top navigation.
- Choose your fabric (base cloth) and quantity (unit: YD).
- Click “Add to Cart.”
- In the cart, enter your shipping address and click “Checkout” to complete payment.
3. How to Register as a Designer
You can register your own designs on Your Colors, make them available for others to purchase, and earn royalties when they sell.
- Click “My Account.”
- Click “Become a Designer.”
- Fill out the form and click “Submit.”
- Check back later to see the result of our review.
4. Precautions
Design Registration Precautions
- Only upload design files that do not infringe copyright or trademark rights. You may face legal penalties for uploading illegal images.
- Only JPG files are accepted.
- Please upload images in RGB format.
- Work at a resolution of at least 200 dpi.
- Image file size must be under ??? MB.
- Design dimensions must not exceed 3 ma (270 cm). (No limit on order quantity.)
Production Precautions
- Designs with large solid or single-color backgrounds may not be processed due to high defect rates on our machines.
- Stripe, triangle, and square patterns may exhibit distortion when printing.
- Linen and Oxford fabrics may show nep (small fiber clusters) during processing.
- Expect approximately 3–5% shrinkage.
- Reorders of the same design may show slight color variations due to lot differences.
- Please refer to the “Repeat Guidelines” when preparing your design files.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy and Repeat Guidelines
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Because production starts immediately after payment, custom design orders cannot be canceled once paid. Please order carefully.
- Returns or refunds are not possible for issues arising during secondary processing such as washing, cutting, or sewing.
- Returns or refunds are not possible due to fabric characteristics, lot differences, or shrinkage.
- Returns or refunds are not possible for reasons listed under production precautions.

Repeat Guidelines
“Repeat” refers to the seamless alignment of your design when printed edge to edge horizontally and vertically. Please ensure your design files are prepared accordingly. We are not responsible for defects caused by incorrect repeat alignment.

When the top repeat file is laid out as shown on the right, the tiles must connect seamlessly.
Incorrect 'Repeat' Example
In this design, when tiled vertically and horizontally, the pattern does not align and is cut off. Please take this into account when preparing your files. Returns or refunds are not available due to repeat misalignment.
